Sales Person - Agricultural and Earthmoving Equipment
WESTAG, a leading Ballarat agricultural machinery company, is looking to employ an Agricultural Sales Person in its business, offering a full time position for the successful candidate.
This role would ideally suit those who are used to making six figure sales and who understand the intricacies of the Agricultural Industry and its client base. If you don't have industry sales experience then mining/ heavy machinery or truck/ transport is the sales background that will be considered. Regardless, we will need to see demonstrated sales ability over a prolonged period.

- Superior "big sale" sales skills with appropriate or like industry experience
- Relationship building and client nurturing skills
- Development and cultivation of sales opportunities amongst our existing as well as new client base
- Working closely with the sales manager and other internal departments to ensure that client satisfaction is met and that clients utilise the other services that are provided by WESTAG
- Self-management, time management and planning skills are a must
- Delivering on set KPI's and driven to achieve a target
- Communication skills both internally and with our clients
- MS Computer skills as well as (in-house system) but with better than average skills
- A focus on creating sales opportunities and making sales in an efficient time frame
